Below are a few things for
you to read when booking your party with Children's Parties.
|
 Children's
Parties will arrive at your venue at least 30 minutes prior to your
party.
We may require a
table from you and to be situated by a power supply.
Our Entertainers Do Not arrive in costume and will get changed at the venue before
the party start time.
If you have a party booked you will receive an automated text to your
mobile phone 1 or 2 days before your party. The text will confirm all
details and also provide you with your Entertainers names. Our SMS
service will show up on your phone from "KIDS PARTIES".
We require a
minimum of 12 guests at all parties.
The remaining
party balance will be debited from your card the morning of your party.
Once the deposit
has been met we will forward your booking confirmation by email/post.
Please check your booking carefully and let us know if anything needs to
be corrected or amended. |

Once your Party has been approved we
require a £40.00 Non Refundable Deposit to secure the booking.

Unfortunately we can no longer accept

Booking Check
list
Once you have
paid your deposit check below for what happens next
1, Check your
inbox at the end of the day for your welcome pack email.
2, Attached to
the email will be a PDF with your booking invoice, covering letter and a copy of
our terms and conditions. Also another attachment which is your Welcome Pack
from Children's Parties.
3, Open your
Booking Confirmation and check each detail carefully. If any of the information
is incorrect contact us by phone or email immediately. Once any amendments have
been made we will email you new confirmation.
4, Wait with
excitement for the big day.
5, Receive SMS
confirmation from KIDS PARTIES confirming details a couple of days before the
party.
6, Children's
Parties Entertainers arrive 30 minutes before the party starts. They will set up
and then explain to you the party format.
7, Sit back,
relax and enjoy the party whilst we do the hard work for you.

Q, I booked my party & paid my
deposit yesterday but I haven't received an email? |
A, Don't panic, Call us on 01273
327 551 and we will check that we have the correct email address. |
Q, I haven't received an sms message and my party
is tomorrow. |
A, Don't panic, Call us straight
away on 01273 327 551. We may have your mobile number incorrect. |

Q, Can I have a contact number
for my entertainers in case of any problems on the day? |
A, Our offices are open 7 days a week for your

Q, What happens if my entertainer
is ill on the day of my party? |
A, We have extra entertainers in the office on
standby. |

Q, Do I need to provide the entertainers with
anything? |
A, The only things we require is
a table and a plug socket. |
Q, How many lights are there in a light bulb? |
A, We threw that one in for fun.
